Hi! My name is Lisa Kellighan and I teach yoga and mindfulness here in Banchory, Aberdeenshire. I am passionate about sharing these wonderful practices as a tool to feel better in body and mind. Classes range form very accessible chair yoga to a more dynamic hatha flow.
